Inner Westside Brazilian Jiujitsu Pty Ltd (ABN 86 682 260 733) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Trial and contact enquiries: your name, email, phone number, training experience and anything you tell us about why you want to train — submitted through our website form, by phone or by email.
• Members: membership and billing details, emergency contact information, and the health information you provide in our pre-training medical waiver.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and book your trial class.
• To administer memberships, billing and class bookings (including through our member app).
• To contact you about your training, schedule changes and academy news. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Storage & sharing

• Website enquiries are delivered to us by email and SMS through trusted service providers, and are not used by those providers for their own purposes.
• Free-trial class bookings made on our website are processed through our booking and scheduling provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores your booking details on our behalf so we can confirm your class and follow up.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We share information only with the service providers needed to run the academy (payments, member management, communications), or where the law requires it.
